Acceptance
By signing in to QualityPilot, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Service description
QualityPilot scans your GitHub repositories to produce a test health report (grade, flaky-test detection, recommendations). The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Your account
You must have a valid GitHub account to use QualityPilot. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Don't share your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke GitHub access at github.com/settings/applications.
Pro subscription
- Billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- You can cancel any time. Access continues through the end of your paid period, then reverts to Free tier.
- No refunds for partial months.
- We may adjust pricing with at least 14 days notice by email.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to scan repos you do not have access to.
- Don't abuse the API (excessive scans, automated scraping).
- Don't reverse-engineer the scanner or attempt to bypass the Free tier limit.
- Don't scan repos owned by third parties to harm them.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Intellectual property
Your code and scan results remain yours. QualityPilot's own code, design, and branding ("IK Lab", "QualityPilot") remain ours.
Liability
QualityPilot's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our reports are informational. They do not replace human code review, automated testing, or professional judgment. Test quality decisions remain your responsibility.
Termination
You can delete your account any time by emailing support@qlens.dev. Active Pro subscriptions are cancelled at period end.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email with 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
